Returns & Exchanges

At Okayplayer Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
